I ran on the tires the car came with when I bought it two years ago. Ancient Kelly Charger all seasons. Grip was ATROCIOUS. It was understeer all the way down. Front end would just not hook up, I’d have the wheel cranked and the car would keep plowing straight. Someday I will invest in a second set of decent tires. Probably next season.

I actually managed to get the car into the 42 second range for this course on a hot run, but clipped a cone and ruined the run. Had I landed it, I probably would have been up with that ‘99 Camaro. The off course run was me losing the front end and nailing a cone and its two pointers.

On your off course run, if you hit the cone and didn’t go around it you should technically still be classified as on course.
